Production of the highest
quality rubber extrusions.
The AMT systems use modular generators giving the user control over the
oven's power density profile and ensuring almost continuous operation.
Each unit is fitted with the following standard features;
Temperature control to 250 C
Fire detection
SCADA control system with web hosting.
fibre/teflon conveyor with adjustable speed.

Rubber
Vulcanisation
Microwave systems are usually used to preheat
rubber extrusions prior to cross linking in a conventional oven.
The microwave energy rapidly and uniformly bring the extrusion
up to 150 C to 200 C, this rapid heating is achieved by overcoming
the limitations of thermal conduction that is normally associated
with other traditional heating technologies.
